Job summary

LEADING EDUCATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated teacher to educate primary math and support children aged 3 to 12. You will foster critical thinking, manage a small class, and provide constructive feedback to parents after each lesson.

Responsibilities include teaching duties, co-managing admin tasks, marking work, attending calls, and supporting centre events and marketing efforts. Working hours include weekends; monthly salary SGD 2,500 with a 6-month probation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field.
• Teaching experience at primary level is a plus.
• Passion for teaching and children.

Responsibilities

• Teach and manage children aged 3–12.
• Provide feedback to parents after lessons.
• Mark assessments and attend to admin duties.
• Co-lead centre events and assist with marketing/expansion.
• Maintain attendance records and rewards system.

1. 1.Perform teaching duties and manage parents
2. 2.Independently manage and teach children betweenthe ages of 3 and 12
3. Promote critical thinking of students
4. Provide constructive feedback to parents after every lesson
5. Marking of assessment books
6. Attending to phone calls and walk-ins
7. 3.Provide co-management, relevant admin andteaching duties
8. Book Order
9. Preparation of payment notices and receipts toparents
10. Attendance recording
11. Handling the rewards system
12. 4.Co-lead in centre events and other marketing andexpansion events
13. 5.Lead in improving administrative functions andsystems to help centre reach highest standard of operation
14. 6.Other ad hoc duties as assigned (includingadmin, marketing and expansion related duties)

Requirements:

1. 1.Minimum Diploma in related fields
2. 2.Teaching experience in Primary level Mathematicsis a plus
3. 3.Passionate about children and teaching
4. 4.Open to working with children with mild learningneeds
5. 5.Able to manage a class of 6 to 10 students
6. 6.Good communication skills with parents andstudents
7. 7.Able to work on weekends

Working hours:

Mon – Thur 12.45pm – 7.45pm

Sun 9.45am – 5.30pm

Salary: $2,500

Probation: 6 months
