Job summary

BEST JADEITE AND GEMS JEWELLERY in Singapore is seeking a confident Full-Time Livestreamer / Live Host to lead engaging product sessions on TikTok and other platforms. The role requires strong on-camera presence, bilingual English/Mandarin communication, and the ability to drive engagement and sales during live streams.

Responsibilities include presenting products, answering questions, coordinating with the team, and maintaining an energetic livestream environment while adhering to platform

Qualifications

• Confident speaking on camera and engaging with viewers.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and engaging Full-Time Livestreamer to host livestreams on platforms such as TikTok Live.

If you are passionate about livestream selling, love talking to people, creating engagements with the viewers and turning viewers into customers, we want to hear from you!

Position

Full-Time Livestreamer / Live Host

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Singapore
Working Hours: Full-time. Tuesday to Saturday (9 am to 6.30 pm). 5 day workweek.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging and professional livestream sessions on TikTok and other platforms.

• Introduce and demonstrate our products clearly and confidently.

• Interact with viewers through comments, questions, messages, polls and live activities.

• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate product information.

• Encourage viewers to purchase through effective product presentations and calls-to-action.

• Create a fun, welcoming and energetic livestream environment.

• Prepare product knowledge and talking points before each livestream.

• Work closely with the team and maintain good communication with the team everyday.

• Monitor livestream performance and identify ways to improve engagement and sales.

• Follow company guidelines and platform policies at all times.

What We're Looking For

You should be:

• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Energetic, passionate, kind, friendly and engaging.

• Comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.

• Sales-oriented with good communication and good interpersonal skills.

• Able to think quickly and respond naturally during live interactions.

• Responsible, punctual and fully committed to achieving targets and your job.

• Comfortable working flexible hours, including Saturdays and public holidays when scheduled.

• Free livestream selling training will be provided for the right candidate.
