Singapore Management University (SMU) invites applications for finance tenure-track and tenured positions at all levels and in all areas of scholarship. Applications in digital, sustainable, entrepreneurial, and real estate finance are particularly encouraged.

LKCSB has a particular focus on high-impact research. In the Financial Times Research Insights Ranking 2025, LKCSB was ranked 23rd globally and 3rd in Asia for overall research impact, and 6th worldwide on the ranking's teaching-case measure. Therefore, research with significant (potential) impact on industry or society is particularly welcome.

FULL PROFESSOR/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR: Ph.D. and established track record of high-quality research with evidence of sustained scholarship and publications in top-tier finance journals. Candidates are expected to mentor junior faculty members in research and should have effective teaching at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: Ph.D. in hand or very close to completion. Candidates are expected to demonstrate potential for high quality research.

Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB) at Singapore Management University is a dynamic business school with more than 5,000 students and over a hundred full-time faculty members.
