Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one‑to‑one Primary School to JC/IB tutoring.
• Design and conduct engaging sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning styles.
• Continuously assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
• Participate actively in comprehensive curriculum training and professional development programs.
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment, prioritizing students’ mental and emotional well‑being.

Ideal Candidate

• IB Diploma graduate with a score of 7 in HL Literature or Language & Literature.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field.
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
• Highly motivated to continuously learn and grow as an educator.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, approachable, empathetic, and engaging.
• Prior experience in 1:1 private tutoring or similar educational settings.
• Don’t mind travelling to students’ home as part of the job (travel allowance provided).
• Are comfortable being featured in events and social media.
