Full Time Ecommerce Admin/ Ops Executive

Lara & Ela' is seeking a full‑time Ecommerce Admin/Ops executive to join our team at Northstar in Ang Mo Kio Region. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing online retail business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work side by side with the founder.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting with the day‑to‑day operations of our Ecommerce platform, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
  • Updating product listings and maintaining accurate product information on our website
  • Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and general office tasks
  • Handling customer returns and refunds from our online platform
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries across all communication touchpoints
  • Assisting logistics operations by processing orders, coordinating shipments, receiving goods, and supporting inventory counts
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to enhance efficiency
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within an Ecommerce or retail environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Ecommerce platforms – Shopify / Tik Tok, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team without much supervision
