Job summary

A dental clinic in Singapore is looking for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will prepare treatment rooms, assist during dental procedures, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Excellent communication skills and a reliable work ethic are essential. Work will include a 6-day week with shifts until 8:30 PM. Candidates with relevant dental experience will receive appropriate compensation.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our dental team as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist.

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and clinic cleanliness & hygiene standards.
  • Record treatment information and patient notes accurately in the dental software.
  • Assist in adhoc duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Ensure infection control standards and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out (if cross‑trained in front desk duties).
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/“N”/“O” Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player who is organized, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable).
  • Dental Assistants with relevant dental experience will be compensated accordingly.
  • 6‑day work week.
  • Able to work evenings until 8:30 pm (shift work during clinic operating hours).
  • IT literate.
  • Required language(s): English.
