Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our dental team as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
 
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.
 
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment and clinic cleanliness & hygiene standards.
 
- Record treatment information and patient notes accurately in the dental software.
 
- Assist in adhoc duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
 
- Ensure infection control standards and safety protocols are followed at all times.
 
- Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out (if cross‑trained in front desk duties).
 
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/“N”/“O” Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec in any field or equivalent.
 
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 
- Good team player who is organized, reliable, responsible, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
 
- Willingness to travel to other clinic when needed (transport reimbursable).
 
- Dental Assistants with relevant dental experience will be compensated accordingly.
 
- 6‑day work week.
 
- Able to work evenings until 8:30 pm (shift work during clinic operating hours).
 
- IT literate.
 
- Required language(s): English.
