We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults, as well as strong report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
- Provide individual, couples, group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually
- Conduct neuro-psychological assessments including ADHD, learning needs, dyslexia, and other related conditions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
- Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Ability to commit to clinic operating hours of Monday to Friday 10-9pm and Saturday 10-2pm on a roster basis. There will be 2 evening working days (1-9pm) each week and 2 working Saturdays each month.
- A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Expertise in individual and group facilitation
- Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
- Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations.
- Experience in administering psychological assessments
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist (Singapore Psychological Society or SPS)
- Must be able to conduct in-person sessions at Intellect's office location or our partnered client's location.
- Good to have: Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
