Job summary

A medical clinic in Singapore is seeking a full-time clinic assistant to manage patient registration, assist in procedures, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have a GCE O' level or equivalent and basic IT skills. Commitment to night and weekend shifts is required, along with a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in any discipline.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Commitment to full-time hours up to 44 hours per week is required.
  • Must be able to work 3 nights and 1 weekend shift.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and patient registration, dispensing medication, and collecting payments.
  • Explain medical packages and arrange appointments for patients.
  • Assist doctors during procedures and perform administrative duties.
  • Daily e-submission of insurance claims.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Triage, Patient registration, dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
  • Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
  • Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
  • Answering phone, messaging and email enquiries
  • Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures and vital signs measurement
  • Performing administrative duties assigned by a superior
  • Perform billing, including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payment transactions
  • Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
  • Top up medications, assist in inventory, and stock-taking as required
  • Infection Control, housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Preferably, stay in the northeast area.
  • Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek
  • Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1 weekend shift.
  • Good learning and service attitude are compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
  • Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
