FULL-TIME CALL CENTRE ASSISTANT (Tai Seng)

We are seeking a Call Centre Assistant to join our dynamic team at CASA DENTAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.' in the Tai Seng North-East Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the growth and success of our dental management company.

What you'll be doing
  • Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from patients.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm dental appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about dental treatments, services, and clinic policies.
  • Verify patient information and update records in the clinic management system.
  • Coordinate with front desk staff regarding patient flow.
  • Manage reminder calls, follow-ups, and recall appointments.
  • Address patient concerns and elevate complex queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time and booking rate.
