We’re looking for upbeat, reliable go-getters to join our crew. You’ll craft great drinks, keep operations running smoothly, and grow into added responsibilities like guiding part-timers, opening/closing the store, and handling cash.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support the outlet’s daily operations
• Prepare and serve bubble tea and menu items to brand standards
• Deliver warm, efficient service and manage feedback professionally
• Supervise and coach part-time teammates for smooth shifts
• Assist with opening/closing:
• Set up/shut down equipment
• Uphold cleaning and hygiene standards
• Perform cashier open/close and cash handling
• Reconcile daily sales and submit reports
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and help with stocktakes
• Train and mentor new hires on SOPs and service standards

What you’ll bring

• Experience in F&B or retail is a plus (not required) - training provided
• Basic Food Hygiene certification preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and a clear communicator
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; can juggle multiple tasks
• Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
• Able to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays
• No bubble tea experience needed, we’ll teach you
