Qualifications

  • Experience in F&B or retail is a plus, training provided.
  • Basic Food Hygiene certification preferred.
  • Friendly, approachable, and a clear communicator.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the outlet’s daily operations.
  • Prepare and serve bubble tea and menu items to brand standards.
  • Deliver warm, efficient service and manage feedback professionally.
  • Supervise and coach part-time teammates for smooth shifts.
  • Assist with opening/closing: set up/shut down equipment.
  • Uphold cleaning and hygiene standards.
  • Perform cashier open/close and cash handling.
  • Reconcile daily sales and submit reports.
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and help with stocktakes.
  • Train and mentor new hires on SOPs and service standards.
