Job summary

A local art education company in Singapore is seeking full-time and part-time Art Teachers to inspire children and adults to love art. Candidates should have a background in Fine Arts and preferably experience in teaching. Applicants should be friendly and patient, with excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience with teaching kids or adults preferred, training provided.
  • Able to speak fluent English, Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Cheerful and patient when communicating with children and parents.

We are looking for a Full Time and Part Time Art Teachers to join our tight knit team of staff here at Art Village! We serve both as an art gallery and studio, dedicated to spreading love for art and providing room for exhibitions. Founded in 2014, our aim is to inspire both children and adults to love art and do art. At our studio, we have fun, make friends and hang out, all whilst cultivating the creativity and techniques of each and every individual to their fullest potential!

  • Location: West ( Bukit Timah Plaza, West Coast Plaza)
  • Rewarding Job experience in children's art education and exposure to new artists
Requirements
  • Fine Art Graduates preferred, as the job requires for one to have basic knowledge in drawing and painting.
  • Experience with teaching kids or adults is preferred, however training will be provided for new, excited alumni.
  • Fantastic customer service and PR skills
  • Independent, willing to learn and show an initiative at handling tasks.
  • Able to speak fluent English. Ability to speak Mandrain is a bonus in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Cheerful, fantastic energy, and patient when communicating with children, parents, teachers and customers
