USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Web Developer to build and maintain digital platforms using Optical CMS or Directus CMS. You will work with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA to deliver scalable web solutions.

The role covers frontend and backend development, CMS configuration, API integration, debugging, and production support. You will participate in Agile ceremonies, ensure code quality, and support deployments and post‑deployment validation.

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in Web Development or a related role.
Mandatory: hands-on experience with Optical CMS or Directus CMS.
Strong experience in frontend and/or backend development.
Experience configuring CMS components, collections, and workflows.
Proficient in API development and external service integration.
Experience troubleshooting defects and providing production support.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum environments and collaborative delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web apps using Optical CMS or Directus CMS.
Implement features from functional and technical requirements.
Configure CMS components, models, collections, and workflows.
Develop both frontend and backend applications.
Design, develop, and integrate APIs and third‑party services.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate needs into solutions.
Perform unit tests, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Provide production support, incident handling, and root-cause analysis.
Support deployments, releases, and post‑deployment validation.
Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Maintain documentation and coding standards.
Coordinate with QA for testing and UAT activities.
