Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development: Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .Net or Java.
2. Ensure code quality and best practices through peer reviews, testing, and documentation.
3. Enhancements and Maintenance: Update and enhance existing software capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
4. Refactor and optimize legacy codebases for improved performance and maintainability.
5. Collaboration & Agile Practices: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver on project goals.
6. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
7. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical challenges efficiently.
8. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement robust fixes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in either .Net programming or Java programming.
