Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer in Singapore to design, develop, test and maintain robust applications. You will work across frontend, backend, APIs and data stores, building cloud-native services on GCC AWS and contributing to DevSecOps practices.

You will participate in Agile sprints, collaborate with product, security and infra teams, and deliver working software iteratively in line with sprint goals. 5+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong expertise with Angular frontend and Node.js backend.
• Experience building cloud-native apps on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and maintain full stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Implement and integrate cloud services in GCC AWS environment for deployment and ops.
• Develop and improve CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines with automated testing and security checks.
• Work in an Agile team with sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Own tasks, troubleshoot issues, assess risks, and propose timely solutions.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infra, security and vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Participate in code/design reviews and maintain technical docs.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, enhance, integrate, test and maintain the Authority’s full stack software applications, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, databases and supporting components, using modern software engineering practices.
• Implement, configure and integrate cloud-native services within the Authority’s Government Commercial Cloud Amazon Web Services (GCC AWS) environment, including compute, storage, database, networking, security, monitoring, and integration services, to support the deployment and operation of the Authority’s applications.
• Develop, maintain and improve the Authority’s CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, including source control, automated build, testing, code quality analysis, security scanning, packaging and deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate and contribute actively within an Agile software development environment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, technical discussions, demonstrations and retrospectives, and delivering working software and other assigned deliverables iteratively in accordance with agreed sprint objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned technical, project related tasks, and deliverables, including investigating and resolving technical issues, coordination, conducting troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities, and implementing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, vendors and other stakeholders to align technical activities, resolve issues and support successful delivery; and
• Participate in code and design reviews, maintain technical documentation, actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
• Demonstrate strong full-stack engineering capabilities, including hands‑on proficiency in Angular for frontend development, Node.js and Python for backend development, RESTful API design and integration, and database technologies.
• Demonstrate strong software engineering capabilities, including software architecture, software design principles, automated testing, debugging, and the development of secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Demonstrate strong hands‑on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS, including the use and integration of compute, storage, database, networking, security and monitoring services;
• Demonstrate experience designing and implementing cloud‑native, event driven and microservices architectures, including synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns using APIs, message queues and other messaging technologies.
• Demonstrate strong practical experience in modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, including Git-based source control, automated build and deployment pipelines, integration of testing and security controls into CI/CD pipelines, code quality management, vulnerability scanning, and controlled deployment across multiple environments.
