Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Tableau) to develop, enhance and support digital applications, analytics platforms and system integrations. You will work across frontend, backend and Tableau components, including Tableau Server configuration and administration.

The role requires hands-on Tableau Server setup, REST APIs and modern web technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on Tableau Server setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python.
• Experience with ReactJS or equivalent web frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services and system integration.

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Tableau)

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 30 months.

What will you do?

We are seeking aFull Stack Engineer with hands-on Tableau Server experienceto develop, enhance and support digital applications, analytics platforms and system integrations. The engineer will work across frontend, backend and Tableau components, including Tableau Server configuration and administration.

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Set up, configure, administer and maintain Tableau Serveracross relevant environments.
• Manage Tableau Server configuration, upgrades, user access, permissions, data source connectivity and platform settings.
• Monitor Tableau Server health, availability and performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support integration of Tableau with enterprise applications, databases and data sources.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and other system integrations.
• Develop frontend applications and components using technologies such asReactJS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD activities.
• Maintain system configurations, technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with product, business, design, data and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience withTableau Server setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Tableau Server access, permissions, data source connectivity and upgrades.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such asJavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python.
• Experience with modern web development frameworks such asReactJSor equivalent.
• Good understanding ofREST APIs, web services and system integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, testing and CI/CD practices.
• RelevantTableau certificationor substantial Tableau Server administration experience.
• Experience integrating Tableau with enterprise data platforms and applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or Government systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, RAG and Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
• Strong attention to system reliability, security and maintainability.
