Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable full stack developer to migrate legacy apps to a cloud-native stack and deliver modern web frontends with ReactJS/TypeScript.

You will build backend services in Golang and/or Kotlin, manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform, and deploy via GitLab CI/CD to Kubernetes (EKS). The role involves observability, incident resolution, and code reviews, with senior candidates considered for higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on full stack development experience.
• Experience migrating or modernising legacy systems preferred.
• Experience delivering Singapore Government or public sector projects is an advantage.
• Candidates with higher experience will be considered for Senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure products, migrating legacy applications to a modern cloud-native stack.

• Set up and maintain secure AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and deploy workloads to Kubernetes (EKS). Instrument applications for observability using tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog.
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and take part in incident resolution.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and take part in code reviews.
