Job summary

FUNDA, an AI-driven investment research company, is building next-generation AI infrastructure for global equity markets. We design and ship web platform features for institutional users, combining frontend and backend with AI agents.

The team is a lean, high-talent-density group in Singapore with multi-million ARR and strong growth opportunities. You will own features end-to-end and collaborate across engineering squads to deliver scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping web apps independently.
• Ability to take a feature from idea to production with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and API design.
• Proficiency in modern web frameworks and backend languages (React/TypeScript, Node.js, Python).
• Strong engineering fundamentals: data modeling, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Strong interest in AI agents, LLMs, and AI-native products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve our web platform that delivers AI-driven investment research to institutional users.
• Independently own features end to end—from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Develop and refine core platform capabilities across frontend and backend.
• Translate product requirements and research workflows into robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
• Work closely with FDE teams to integrate AI agents and research workflows into the platform.
• Continuously improve the platform's performance, reliability, and user experience as the product iterates.

• Design, build, and evolve our web platform that delivers AI-driven investment research to institutional users
• Independently own features end to end - from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment
• Develop and refine core platform capabilities across both frontend and backend

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of shipping web applications independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building complex, data-intensive, or professional workflow products
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or agent workflows
• Background in fintech, investment research, or financial data products
• Experience in technology startup or high-growth environments
