Job summary

Tangspac Consulting Group is seeking an experienced IT Systems Developer to analyze, design, and implement enterprise applications. You will work within a highly Agile team, leveraging Java/Kotlin, React.js, MQ, and PostgreSQL, and apply Spring Framework for robust backend services.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience, familiarity with Agile processes, and strong ability to collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with modern application technologies.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin, React.js, MQ, PostgreSQL and Spring.
• Familiarity with Agile processes (Scrum) and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, document IT systems or applications.
• Analyze requests for enhancements/changes and write amendment/program specifications.
• Able to leverage AI tools for development and solutioning works.
• Update system documentation.
• Participate in the systems review with Scrum Master/Product Owner/Manager in Agile environment.
• Understand interdependencies of services and pinpoint problem areas to improve efficiency.
• Use development tools to develop applications for better productivity.
• Develop test cases, conduct SIT, load test and tune system performance to meet SLA.
• Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support.
• Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and solutions affecting system builds or enhancements.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields
• Experience in modern application technologies such as Java/Kotlin, React.js, MQ, PostgreSQL (or other equivalent RDBMS) including knowledge of the Spring Framework.
• A minimum of 5 (recent) years of relevant hands-on working experience.
• Experience in Agile processes/practices (e.g., Scrum, Agile Sprint Planning)
