Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Solid back-end development experience (Node.js, Java/Kotlin, Python, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Exposure to containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity or interest in low-code / automation platforms is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks and architectures.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of features or modules from development through production.
• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, cloud deployments, and release automation.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Produce clear technical and architectural documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to tools, frameworks, and approaches.
