Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking experienced Full Stack Software Engineers to build secure, scalable applications supporting government digital projects in Singapore.

You will develop secure full-stack solutions across frontend and backend, APIs and data workflows, with dashboards to monitor compliance and security. The contract role offers exposure to cybersecurity, risk management and modern DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with React, Next.js or Vue.js.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java or .NET.
• Proficiency in SQL/PostgreSQL, API development, system integration and data processing.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes or Infrastructure as Code, with knowledge of security and automated testing.
• Preferred knowledge in cybersecurity, risk management or IT compliance; exposure to IM8, NIST, ISO 27001 or AI/LLM technologies is advantageous.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management or IT compliance is preferred. Exposure to IM8, NIST, ISO 27001 or AI/LLM technologies is advantageous.
