Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to modernize legacy enterprise apps into cloud-native platforms on AWS. The role spans frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure with DevOps and security considerations.

You will work across frontend (React.js, TypeScript) and backend (Golang/Kotlin) while containerizing with Docker and deploying on Kubernetes (EKS). Strong AWS, IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD experience are expected for production support and reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, AWS, and containerization.
• Experience building backend APIs with Golang and/or Kotlin.
• Experience deploying on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with Terraform or IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting skills.

About the Opportunity

My client, a well-established technology consulting and digital transformation company, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a large-scale modernization initiative. This role involves transforming legacy enterprise applications into modern, cloud-native platforms deployed on AWS.

This is an opportunity to work across the full technology stack, from frontend development and backend services to cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security integration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modernize enterprise applications using a cloud-native architecture.
• Build responsive web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Design and develop backend APIs and services using Golang and/or Kotlin.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Build and maintain secure AWS environments using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
