Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack application development for enterprise-grade web apps.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot; RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Cloud-native apps on AWS; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and relational databases; GitLab CI/CD.
• Secure coding practices and strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business functions and data processing.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and system features.
• Design reusable, maintainable, scalable software components.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Apply frontend engineering best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, performance optimisation, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement secure coding practices and comply with applicable security requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business users, and project stakeholders to improve usability and user experience.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, defect resolution, production support and knowledge sharing.
