Job summary

SimplifyNext is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, build and ship production-grade applications for clients—covering front-end, back-end and cloud environments. You’ll take features from concept to production, own deployments and monitor live services, and translate business requirements into robust, scalable software.

Collaboration with AI-assisted delivery, DevOps, and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development, delivering to production.
• Strong full-stack ability with real depth in at least one side - front-end (e.g. Next.js, React, TypeScript) or back-end.
• Solid back-end development experience (e.g. Kotlin, Golang, Java, Node.js, Python or .NET).
• Experience designing and consuming APIs, and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• A track record of building and owning systems end to end, not only contributing to them.
• Solid coding fundamentals - able to write and reason about production code independently, without relying on an AI assistant to do the thinking.
• Comfortable working inside legacy systems and making them better, not only building new ones.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ), and with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional, client-facing teams.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Design, develop and deploy full-stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
• Take ownership of features or modules from requirement through to production release and post-deploy support.
• Take features from zero to one where nothing exists yet, and confidently improve systems that are already in production.
• Build the integration layer that allows different systems to exchange data reliably.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, maintainable, scalable solutions.
