Job summary

Rhino Partners PTE. LTD. seeks a Full Stack Engineer to build Generative AI and agentic apps for an enterprise AI transformation. You'll design secure web apps across frontend, backend and cloud, using Next.js/React/TypeScript and Python for APIs.

Role includes AWS cloud work, LangChain integration, RAG solutions and DevSecOps practices, with emphasis on performance, security and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• Proven experience building enterprise full-stack web apps.
• Hands-on with Python, Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices and secure DevOps.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building Generative AI and agentic applications to support an enterprise AI transformation programme.

What You'll Be Doing

Full Stack Software Development

• Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications across frontend, backend and cloud environments.
• Build modern user interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS .
• Develop backend services, APIs and integrations using Python and modern software engineering best practices.
• Design, optimise and maintain relational, NoSQL and vector databases for enterprise applications.
• Deliver production-ready software through Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Ensure applications meet high standards for security, performance, reliability and maintainability.

Application Support & Enhancement

• Take ownership of an existing enterprise application following knowledge transfer.
• Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Optimise application performance and resolve production issues.
• Continuously improve application reliability, scalability and user experience.

AI Solution Development

• Design and build enterprise AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop intelligent agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or AutoGen .
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging vector databases and semantic search.
• Develop MCP-based integrations connecting AI models with enterprise applications, APIs and data sources.
• Implement AI guardrails, monitoring, evaluation and observability for production-grade GenAI applications.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions ready for enterprise deployment.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS .
• Build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3 and CloudWatch .
• Work with AWS Bedrock to integrate foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, including Knowledge Bases, Agents and Guardrails.
• Implement secure authentication, API security, secrets management and cloud best practices.
• Support deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation across cloud environments.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong experience building full stack web applications in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with:

• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including clean code, design patterns, automated testing and Git.

• Knowledge of secure software development, authentication, authorisation, API security and OWASP best practices.

Generative AI Experience

• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems using frameworks such as:LangChainLangGraphLlamaIndexCrewAIAutoGen
• Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise systems through MCP or similar integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLMOps, AI evaluation and observability tools such as LangSmith.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, AI governance and production AI deployment.

Cloud Experience

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services including Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3 and CloudWatch.
• Experience using AWS Bedrock and foundation models in enterprise AI applications.
• Experience deploying secure cloud-native applications.
• Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms in production.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability platforms.
• Experience working on Government or public sector projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
