Job summary

Tech Aalto PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer (AI) in Singapore to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems and AI-powered product experiences. You will work across modern full stack development with strong emphasis on AI workflows and production-grade applications.

The role requires balancing model quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable, reliable software systems.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of browser architecture and frontend performance.
• Experience building LLM-powered workflows including RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, agent-based workflows, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Ability to implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and validation.
• Hands-on testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers; familiar with test automation frameworks, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM features into production systems.
• Develop robust RAG and agent-based workflows to support intelligent product experiences.
• Create and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI system quality and stability.
• Implement monitoring, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms to ensure safe and reliable AI behavior.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and hands‑on Full Stack Engineer (AI) to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems andAI-powered product experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across modern full stack development, with a solid understanding of building reliable AI workflows, testing systems, and production-grade applications.

This role requires a balance of software engineering excellence, AI system design, quality engineering, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in designing and building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems.
• Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of browser architecture and frontend performance considerations.
• Experience building LLM-powered workflows, including:

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex system behavior, logs, and root causes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade‑offs, risks, and quality standards to diverse stakeholders.
