Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer specializing in AI and backend engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend development and extensive experience in integrating AI models, such as large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and speech diarization systems. This role requires hands‑on skills in building robust APIs, scalable data pipelines, and frontends that together deliver intelligent end‑user applications.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI, NestJS, or Django.
• Integrate AI/ML components into production workflows, including RAG pipelines, large language models, and speech transcription/diarization services.
• Build intuitive and responsive web frontends using React, Next.js, and Vue.js frameworks.
• Manage vector databases and semantic search systems like Pinecone, ChromaDB, and MongoDB to support AI‑driven information retrieval.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to translate ML models into deployable software features.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Ensure high‑quality code through testing, version control, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize production infrastructure for performance and scalability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript programming languages.
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue) and backend frameworks (FastAPI, NestJS, Django).
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML model integration, especially LLMs, RAG, Whisper diarization, and NLP pipelines.
• Experience with vector search technologies and databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker.
• Strong understanding of REST API design, relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, AI, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience building speech diarization, semantic search, or NL2SQL solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and deployment automation.
