Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI Consultant (Developer) to deliver production-grade, agentic AI solutions. You will build full stack applications, agentic workflows, and knowledge pipelines while maintaining DevOps and AgentOps practices.

You will work within delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement robust, scalable AI capabilities using LangGraph, AutoGen, and other frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering in production (Python backend and a frontend framework).
• 3+ years building and deploying LLM-based applications (prompt engineering, RAG, tool integration, or agent development).
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (agents, tools, orchestration).
• 3+ years experience in classical AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD, TDD, version control, code review, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop full stack agentic AI applications with Python backends and React frontends to production standards.
• Implement agentic UX: streaming responses, transparent reasoning, and user-facing interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and deliver against outcomes.
• Build and configure agents using orchestration frameworks and manage memory/configuration.
• Design and maintain MCP servers, tool integrations, and knowledge-graph components as needed.
• Maintain DevOps/AgentOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production observability.
