• Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
• Review and submit quarterly GST e-submission.
• Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 + 14 Days AL

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Min. 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role
• Any experience with Microsoft Business Central and Asana will be advantageous

Job Scopes

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and month‑end closing
• Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast
• Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions
• Generate monthly invoices and handle customer enquiries
• Prepare balance sheet schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, reconciliations of inter‑company transactions and balances & etc
• Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliation
• Review and submit quarterly GST e‑submission and assist in ECI and Form C e‑submission
• Assist in monthly financial and management reports
• Assist in and handling year‑end statutory audits
• Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controlsAssist in process improvements and system enhancements
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Management
