Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Contract Fulfillment Assistant. Responsibilities include raising purchase requests, managing inventory, and reviewing vendor invoices. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Candidates should have at least GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Raise Event Purchase Requests (EPR) for various projects.
• Handle and transfer inventory using SAP/D365.
• Monitor stock shipment schedules.
• Review vendor invoices and route for approval.
• Conduct internal stock takes.
• Perform physical logistics support.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Raise Event Purchase Requests (EPR) for various projects
• Handle and transfer inventory, including executing Goods Issue (GI) transactions via SAP/D365
• Monitor stock shipment schedules and follow up with vendors on any delivery delays
• Review vendor invoices and route them for approval through DocuSign
• Conduct internal stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and proper issuance of stocks via Salesforce for deployment
• Perform physical logistics support, including carrying or lifting of equipment
• Carry out any other duties as assigned
