Job summary

A local healthcare service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Frontline) to enhance patient engagement in sleep therapy services. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in a relevant field and have excellent communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a healthcare or medical device environment preferred.
• Calm and composed under pressure.
• Compassionate and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and manage patient check-in and appointment coordination.
• Support clinical and sales teams in coordinating CPAP setups.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and company policies.

Skills

Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical CRM systems

Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Basic understanding of CPAP or respiratory devices

Education

Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Healthcare Administration
