Job summary

You will guide individuals through application procedures and coordinate schedules. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline assistance at the service counter and via phone.
  • Guide individuals through complex application procedures.
  • Process documents and assigned tasks accurately.
  • Manage a high volume of applications submitted online.
  • Organise and maintain schedules for appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate with senior officers for directions and follow up.
  • Communicate upcoming sessions or appointments to relevant parties.
