The role targets React and Next.js with 4 to 6 years of experience, using modern tooling, design systems, and accessibility practices to ensure high-quality UI across devices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript and hooks-based component development.
• Understanding of lifecycle, effects, memoisation and preventing re-renders.
• Experience with Next.js, Vite or comparable build framework.
• Experience with Zustand/Redux Toolkit or similar state-management.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3/SCSS with responsive layouts and semantic markup.
• Accessibility fundamentals and ARIA usage.
• Experience with a design system (e.g., IBM Carbon or Material UI).
• Implementing interfaces from Figma designs or specs.
• REST API integration with loading/error/partial-data handling.
• Defensive API handling and polling, cleanup.
• Front-end build processes and environment config.
• Unit and component testing with Vitest/Jest and React Testing Library.
• Browser DevTools debugging and cross-browser resolution.
• Git branching, PRs, code reviews and collaborative workflows.
• Write clean, reusable front-end code and secure client-side development.
