Qualifications

• Have a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree.
• Experience with Linux OS and Linux-based server applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex log file analysis.
• Thrive in high pressure or time critical situations.
• Experience supporting applications with global derivatives exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to support requests and enquiries from clients.
• Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with complex trading strategies.
• Monitor alerts for critical systems and resolve issues.
• Support customers related to order entry and exchange connectivity.
• Test and conform new software releases including UAT testing.
