Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in front office, middle office, trading support or investment ops.
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading and technology.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of PMS/OMS or other front-office trading platforms.
• Excel expertise with VBA/macros and Power Query for automation.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL or equivalent scripting languages.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI for analytics and reporting is a plus.
• Interest in applying AI tools to financial workflows and automation.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and partner across functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across multiple teams.

Aufgaben

• Manage pre- and post-trade workflows to support the desk.
• Coordinate trade logistics with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Tech.
• Run pre-trade simulations and resolve trading blocks with relevant stakeholders.
• Support onboarding for new securities, markets and counterparties.
• Assist with trade booking, data enrichment, and end-of-day execution summaries.
• Monitor corporate actions and other operational requirements for live positions.
• Support basket and portfolio trading workflows and related logistics.
