Job summary

Crédit Agricole Group's Private Banking Singapore branch seeks a dynamic First Line of Defense Internal Control Specialist to strengthen risk governance and oversee front office activities.

Reporting to the Internal Control Team Lead in Singapore, you will drive controls around sales suitability, KRIs, and regulatory compliance, collaborate with Compliance and Risk managers, and lead remediation and training across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal controls or risk management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and evolve 1LoD risk management controls for front office activities.
• Monitor KRIs, oversee sales suitability and advisory processes.
• Lead remediation efforts and document closure evidence.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk Management teams and assist auditors.
• Deliver targeted risk training and support governance forums.
