Job Summary

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Front Office Executive to join our growing team at our golf driving range in Joo Koon. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors while supporting the smooth daily operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service at the front desk and reception area
  • Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments efficiently (cash and electronic)
  • Manage daily check-in/check-out processes for guests and members
  • Coordinate bay allocations and assist with general range operations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and lounge area
  • Support basic administrative and clerical duties (data entry, filing, record keeping)
  • Assist in managing inventory for retail items, drinks, and equipment
  • Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'A’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality is preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
  • Willing to work in Joo Koon (West area)
