Job Overview

Location: Novena
Duration: 6 months (2 positions available)

Shifts & Pay

• Night Shift: 8:00pm – 7:30am – $16/hour
• Day Shifts: 7:00am – 4:30pm
• 9:30am – 7:00pm
• 11:00am – 8:30pm – $12/hour

Job Scope

• Assist patients and visitors at the concierge with enquiries and directions
• Manage traffic flow at the lobby and driveway area
• Facilitate smooth and timely patient admissions
• Coordinate fruit/flower gifts with florist and internal departments
• Schedule specialist referrals for walk-in patients
• Ensure all service stations are manned, under supervisor guidance

Requirements

• Min. Higher Nitec / Diploma
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends & public holidays
• Candidates who cannot commit to night shifts but are open to various day shifts are welcome
