Job description

Your Role:

• Manage the daily operations at columbarium
• Assist families with search of niche location and new niche purchase enquiry
• Safeguard the properties in the Monastery include but not limited to crematorium / columbarium
• Perform crowd control duties to ensure smooth traffic
• Collect vegetarian sets and staff rations (lunch) from Kitchen
• Ensure workplace safety & cleanliness and fire safety compliance

What You Bring:

• Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of working experience
• Language(s): Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Communication and interpersonal skills, Organizational skills, Customer service skills
• A team player with positive attitude
• Physically fit to work in non-air-conditioned environment
• Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) or irregular working hour(s) if required
• Willing to work in after-death care service
