Job summary

Achieve Group client in Singapore is seeking a Front End Engineer to build internal systems and C-end pages, and to help shape an AI-driven engineering workflow.

You will develop and optimise the front-end of internal systems and C-end pages, improve architecture for stability and UX, and collaborate with product, design and QA to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end development experience.
• Familiar with Git, Node.js, front-end build tools and API design.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) for development tasks.
• Ability to review and test AI-generated code and ensure delivery quality.
• Rigorous, proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Our client is a Singapore-based social gaming company. They are hiring a Front End Engineer to build internal systems and C-end pages, and to help shape an AI-driven engineering workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the front end of internal systems and selected C-end pages.
• Continuously improve front-end architecture for stability, scalability and user experience.
• Contribute to the efficiency engineering platform, using AI coding tools to improve development, debugging, testing and code review.
• Work closely with product, design and QA teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of front-end development experience.
• Familiar with Git, Node.js, front-end build tools and engineering practices, and with backend development and API design.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex: breaking down tasks, organising business and code context, and using AI for development, debugging and refactoring.
• Able to review and correct AI-generated code, verify it through testing and real runs, and take ownership of delivery quality.
• Rigorous and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal systems (approval, HR, payroll, finance, data analysis) or working with low-code platforms.
• Experience building AI coding workflows, such as project rules, Skills, or MCP integrations with dev tools.
• Full-stack project experience led by AI coding, covering front and back end, database design, API integration and deployment.
• Strong with tools, with a genuine interest in engineering efficiency, UX, performance or security.
• Passion for B-end business; C-end experience is a plus.
