Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience with React and TypeScript.
• 1-2 years in a senior or mentoring capacity.
• Strong emphasis on clean code, type safety, and scalable architecture.
• Experience with modern build tools and data visualization is a plus.
• Ability to lead a small frontend team and drive engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance web apps using React and TypeScript.
• Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and charts with modern libraries (D3.js, ECharts, Three.js/WebGL).
• Engineering Standards: Lead code reviews, unit tests, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
• Design System Ownership: Collaborate to build a reusable internal component library and design system.
• Technical Mentorship: Guide a small team, remove blockers, and foster growth.
