A hospitality staffing agency is seeking a Front Desk agent in Singapore to ensure friendly and efficient check-in/check-out processes. Responsibilities include attending to guest inquiries and maintaining cash floats. Strong customer service skills are required. Working hours are structured in shifts across a 6-day work week.

Overview

Position title : Front Desk

Location : Near Bugis Mrt

Working days : 6 days

Working hours : 7:00am - 3:00pm / 3:00pm - 11:00pm / 11:00pm - 7:00am (Night shift only 1 month, 1-2 times)

Salary : $2,000 - $2,500

Responsibilities
  • Provide all guests with a friendly, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out while following the company's policies and procedures.
  • May be tasked to execute room checks, reservation and public area checks etc, as part of the Hotel's effort to offer.
  • Staffs more holistic training, towards possible promotion.
  • Answering inquiries by guest (email/phone/at the counter) and render reasonable assistance within the expectation of keeping with excellent hospitality standards.
  • Cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash float
