Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (5 days per week)
Manage daily membership and guest service activities, including addressing enquiries, feedback, and transactions.
Execute shift start-up and closing procedures with proper documentation.
Liaise with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Contribute to the rollout of marketing initiatives, promotions, and membership events.
Ensure confidentiality, maintain accurate records, and follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.
Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Experience in hospitality, service roles, or membership handling is advantageous.
Positive, self-motivated team player.
