Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily membership and guest service activities, including addressing enquiries, feedback, and transactions.

  • Execute shift start-up and closing procedures with proper documentation.

  • Liaise with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service operations.

  • Contribute to the rollout of marketing initiatives, promotions, and membership events.

  • Ensure confidentiality, maintain accurate records, and follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Strong communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.

  • Experience in hospitality, service roles, or membership handling is advantageous.
