Job Description
  • Managing incoming calls courteously and assist in appointment scheduling.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing patients' inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting TCM physicians in treatment handling and herbs dispensing.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as system key in, filing and record maintaining.
  • Keeping the reception area, lobby and treatment rooms tidy and presentable.
  • Stock taking and ordering to maintain optimal stock level.
  • Offering suitable treatment package recommendation to patients.
Job Requirements
  • O Level or equivalent education background.
  • Polite and friendly.
  • Proficient in using computer.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
