Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist!

We are looking for friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our education centre!

As the first point of contact for students and families, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and reassuring environment, as well as providing excellent customer service.

🧩 About the Role

This is a full-time front desk and customer service position based in one of our vibrant education centres.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome Visitors

  • Greet all students, parents, and guests with warmth and professionalism

2. Handle Inquiries

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our programmes and services

3. Manage Student Matters

  • Oversee student registrations and maintain accurate records
  • Handle course fee payments and proper documentation

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build friendly, respectful relationships with students and their families
  • Address questions and concerns with care, empathy, and professionalism

5. Provide Administrative Support

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Ensure smooth running of administrative tasks and logistics
