Job summary

A local advisory company is seeking a Front Desk Officer in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have reception experience, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to patients. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and performing general office duties. This role offers a salary between $2500 and $2600, plus AWS and variable bonus.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients to the clinic.
  • Register, schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments when required.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary information forms.
  • Handle patient discharge procedures, including medicine dispensation and payment collection.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide appointment reminders.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Working hours: 5.5 days Monday - Friday | 9am - 5.30pm. Saturday 9am - 1230pm.
  • Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre - 4 mins walk from Novena MRT
  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist or similar role.
