Job summary

A public service facility in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage inquiries and office tasks. Responsibilities include handling feedback, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting document management. Ideal candidates should have a GCE 'O' Level and at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 0830 to 1730 and Fridays from 0830 to 1700.

  • Ensure reception, lounge, and meeting rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Support document preparation, sorting, filing and record management.
  • Communicate announcements and updates to tenants.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
