Front Desk Officer (Office Receptionist)

Location: Paya Lebar

Salary: Up to $2,200

Working Hours: 5.5-day work week

Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and customer payments
  • Manage stock issuance, packing, and coordinate deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and arrange stock movement in the warehouse
  • Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records
  • Support logistics tasks, courier coordination, and inventory tracking
  • Carry out general administrative duties and ad hoc assignments as needed
