A healthcare service provider in Singapore is seeking a Receptionist to greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and perform administrative duties. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist or similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients to the clinic.
  • Register, schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments when required.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary information forms.
  • Handle patient discharge procedures, including medicine dispensation and payment collection.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide appointment reminders.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Salary: $2500 - $2600 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working hours: 5.5 days Monday - Friday | 9am – 5.30pm. Saturday 9am – 1230pm.

Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre - 4 mins walk from Novena MRT
