Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Administrator to provide exceptional service to clients and staff at the main reception. Responsibilities include managing meeting room bookings, assisting with client inquiries, and ensuring facilities are in proper condition. The ideal candidate will hold at least a GCE 'N' / 'O' Level and have strong MS Office skills. Commitment for 12 months and the ability to start immediately is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks.
  • Available to commit for a 12-month duration.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk duties and greet clients.
  • Manage meeting room resources and bookings.
  • Assist clients with general enquiries.
  • Ensure meeting room facilities are well maintained.
  • Liaise with the Admin support team for event setups.
  • Take and serve beverage orders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.
